Product Availability All flowers and floral products are subject to availability. Due to seasonal changes, weather conditions, transportation delays, and farm availability, specific varieties, colors, and quantities cannot be guaranteed. ## 3. Pricing Prices are subject to change without notice. Floral market conditions, holidays, shipping costs, and product availability may affect pricing. Quotes are valid only at the time they are provided. ## 4. Wholesale & Retail Sales We welcome both wholesale and retail customers. A business license is not required to purchase products unless otherwise specified. ## 5. Payment Payment is due at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been approved in writing. We accept approved payment methods as offered at checkout. ## 6. Inspection of Products Customers are responsible for inspecting all products upon pickup or delivery. Any concerns regarding quality or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. ## 7. Returns & Refunds Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final. Refunds, credits, or replacements may be issued at management's discretion if a product quality issue is reported within 24 hours and supported by photographs. No refunds will be provided for improper care, storage, handling, or customer error. ## 8. Order Cancellations Special orders and custom orders may not be canceled once placed. Any approved cancellation may be subject to fees or loss of deposit. ## 9.
